SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
All orders over $75 before taxes will receive free shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
Serene Clean & Pure is committed in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. We want our customers to have the best experience shopping our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days from date of delivery to contact us for a return. Please email us at customer service@serenepure.com

How to return your items
Email us at customerservice@serenepure.com to initiate your return. We will send you a return address where you can send back your items. You may drop off your return items at the nearest UPS, FedEx or USPS. Serene Clean & Pure does not provide return labels. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return from the date the package arrives at our facility. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used to place the order.

Lost or Stolen Items
Once packages are dropped to USPS, FedEx or UPS, the carriers become the responsible party. If packages are shown as delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of the item.

Damaged Items
Serene Clean & Pure always wants to ensure 100% customer satisfaction when shopping our products. If products arrive damaged or missing, please contact us within 5 days. Please email us at customerservice@serenepure.com. In your email please include your order number as well as a photo of the damaged product.

Exchanges
At the moment Serene Clean & Pure does not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy for any reason with your product, please contact us for a return.
